Border Harriers & AC caters for athletes of all ages for pleasure or for competition
The Club send teams to compete in the following Leagues:
British Athletics League
National Young Athletes League
National Junior Athletic League
Cumbria Track and Field League
North of England Track and Field League
Mid-Lancs Cross Country League
Cumbria Cross Country League
Border Harriers also organise Road Races and Open Track and Field
Meetings and as a club member you will pay very reduced entry fees

Welcome to the new Border Harriers Website. Border Harriers and Athletic Club is based at the Sheepmount Stadium, Bitts Park, Carlisle. Bitts Park is behind Carlisle Castle.
The Stadium has a modern all weather eight lane track and in addiiton to the usual facilities the stadium boasts two throwing cages, each catering for Hammer & Discus.
