The Brampton to Carlisle is a rapid, accurate 10 mile course in North Cumbria.
It starts at William Howard School in Brampton and finishes on Eden Bridge in Carlisle,
close to the Sands Centre.
The route follows the A689 through Newby East before joining the B6264 into Carlisle.
It is fully on road, flat, and ideal for running a fast time.
The course is fully marshalled.
Race entries are managed via the SportsSoft platform.

The race starts at William Howard School in Brampton, located on the A6071.
There is no dedicated event parking at the school. Limited on‑street parking is available around Brampton,
but DO NOT park on the main road outside the school as this will impede the race start.
The race finishes at The Sands Leisure Centre in Carlisle, close to the city centre and easy to reach by car.
Carlisle Railway Station is around 10 minutes from the finish.
Sunday morning timetables are limited before 9am, so overnight stay may be required.
